Rohit Ganesh Santoshwar

Rohit is working in Business Intelligence & Performance Management since 2013.

Rohit obtained -with distinction- a Bachelor-degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India.

He started his career in 2013 as a Business Intelligence System Engineer at Infosys Limited and further developed himself as an expert in Performance Management & Business Intelligence. 

Rohit specialised as an IBM Cognos developer, creating meaningful business reports and KPI dashboards to get the essence out of the underlying data. He is a Certified Developer for IBM Cognos BI and IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics. Next to Cognos Analytics, Rohit also got good hands-on experience in developing Analytical BI dashboards using other powerful BI technologies including Tableau and Power BI.

Since 2016, Rohit has increasingly focused on Planning & Budgeting processes in the Performance Management domain by adding IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics to his skillset. Rohit has deep knowledge in all the aspects of the IBM Cognos Planning Analytics technology stack. As such he has worked and gathered business knowledge in domains such as Retail, Manufacturing and Logistics.

In 2020, Rohit started to broaden his CPM product horizon and put his Planning & Budgeting skills to practice within the CCH Tagetik technology.

Within element61 today, Rohit is a key player in the CPM team, performing end-to-end implementations both with IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics as with CCH Tagetik in the broad context of performance management processes. He is a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ready to take up different challenges and adapt in line with the evolving tech-changes. He has excellent analytical and communication leadership skills.
