Philippine holds a double Master in Business Engineering and Industrial Engineering & Management from the Louvain School of Management and the Universidade de Lisboa. Having studied in Belgium and Portugal, she has developed a strong international perspective and adaptability in diverse academic and cultural environments. With a keen interest in finance and business analytics, she specialized in these fields, recognizing their critical role in driving datadriven insights and optimizing business operations. She has collaborated on several projects involving machine learning and data analysis using Python and Excel. For her master’s thesis, she developed a tool to help small and medium-sized businesses optimize their warehouse design and address the challenges posed by e-commerce, testing it with Portugal’s largest surf and lifestyle retailer.
Since joining element61, Philippine has contributed to end-to-end data engineering and analytics projects across SWIFT, Eiffage, and Daikin. Experience includes building secure, scalable pipelines from source ingestion to curated and semantic layers using Databricks, Delta Lake, Microsoft Fabric, and Medallion architectures, with a strong focus on data quality, governance, and reporting readiness. Worked both collaboratively on enterprise initiatives and independently, implementing Fabric Acceleration Kits, layered transformations, and semantic models to support analytics, BI, and front-end consumption.
