Analytics Architect
In 2024 Ruben obtained a Master in Business Engineering specializing in Data Analytics from Ghent University. During this academic journey, Ruben developed both important soft- and hard skills and he learned and enjoyed working in a group setting with his fellow students.
In his Master, Ruben further cultivated his interest in data and statistical modelling and sought to enhance his skills to leverage businesses’ potential. During these 2 years, he gained his first experience in programming languages such as R, SQL, MATLAB, Java, and Python. For his Master's Dissertation, he chose to develop a profit-driven performance indicator for cross-/up-sell modelling in cooperation with Proximus. This choice was also driven by the mindset of creating as much value for a company as possible.
Besides his academic endeavours, Ruben is also a sports enthusiast. In his free time, he likes to play team sports such as football and padel. In the summertime, he also enjoys cycling alongside his friends and going for a run.
Ruben will join element61 in September 2024.
