With more than seven years of experience in engineering and industrial environments, Niels has gained extensive expertise in managing complex projects at companies including ArcelorMittal and Kellanova. With his engineering background and strong organizational skills, he bridges the gap between technical and business domains to align stakeholders effectively.
He has managed diverse projects, ranging from packaging automation and heavy industry installations to integration and supply chain optimization. His focus has always been on risk management, efficiency improvement, and sustainable outcomes.

His analytical yet hands-on approach, combined with his experience in process optimization and his drive to take on complex challenges that others often avoid, makes him well-positioned to guide data-driven projects from strategy through to implementation. He firmly believes that the future of both business and project management lies in the intelligent use of data and AI to enable better decisions and generate lasting value.
Outside of work, Niels is an occasional runner, climber, and motorcyclist. He enjoys exploring new technologies and continuously developing new skills to transform innovative ideas into practice.
