In case customer purchases Solutions (referred to -between other- as Out-of-the-Box Solutions or Acceleration Kits) the software-code is protected by copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these software solutions, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law.
Permission is granted, to any company purchasing and licensing a copy of these Solutions, software-code and associated documentation files (the "Solution"), to deal in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge and publish the Software. The company purchasing and licensing a copy of this Solution will not copy and use the code for any other purposes then the use in the context of the Out-of-the-Box solutions and Acceleration Kits, unless agreed otherwise with the author element61 N.V./S.A.. The company will in particular make sure that the code is not accessed, used and copied by third party consulting or software companies and their personnel and subcontractors. Failure to do so will be consider a grave error.
