Performance Management Architect
In 2017, Louise obtained a Master in Public Administration and Management at Ghent University. Afterwards, she worked for six years as a Brand Controller in two companies and specialised in FMCG and Luxury products. She has worked in international environments with different approaches to forecasting, budgeting, cost-price calculation, and KPI-Setting.
To develop her role, she obtained a degree in Financial Controlling at EHSAL Management School in 2020.
Always willing to learn, she has been involved in several (data) projects during her career in finance, such as introducing BI Tools. By analysing business, her interest in the automatisation of processes and reporting has exponentially grown over the past years. Louise will now use her experience to investigate the needs of the element61 customers and build performance management solutions.
As a controller, she has worked with SAP, Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce... and is looking forward to putting tools into practice herself.
Louise is an enthusiastic person and does not fear to discover something new whether it is discovering sports or visiting places or music festivals. She especially practices spike ball and squash, cycles and loves to disconnect on a long hike.
