With 14 years of experience in B2B sales for data and technology solutions, Benoît has built a career focused on helping organizations leverage data to drive measurable business value. With a dual academic background combining a Master in Business Engineering (2011) and a Master in Human Resources (2013), Benoît operates at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and data-driven transformation.

Benoît started his professional journey in the world of analytics, spending eight years in the commercial development of Qlik technologies and services. In this role, he learned to translate complex technical possibilities into clear business value, working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Eager to broaden his industry exposure, Benoît joined IQVIA as an Associate Sales Director, leading sales efforts for technology and software solutions tailored to Life Sciences organizations. This experience deepened his expertise in delivering data-centric solutions within highly regulated environments.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Benoît co-founded Penbox, a software company dedicated to optimizing customer experience in the insurance sector by streamlining administrative and form-based processes. This venture strengthened his understanding of product development, SaaS go-to-market strategies, and operational scaling.

Before joining element61, Benoît served as Sales Director at dFakto, where he was responsible for commercializing Data Vault automation solutions. There, he helped organizations modernize their data platforms by simplifying and accelerating data warehouse automation. Benoît brings together extensive experience across data technology, sales leadership, and software innovation to support organizations in extracting tangible value from their data initiatives.
