Alice Colignon

In 2005, Alice obtained her Bachelor in Psychology. She began her career in HR Consultancy, first at Tempo-Team Professional and later at Hudson. Driven by her passion for the HR field, she pursued further studies and earned two postgraduate degrees, one in Recruitment, Search and Selection and one in Psychodiagnostics.

In 2013 Alice joined Moore Belgium as an HR Business Partner, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, talent management, employee engagement and various HR projects.

In 2016, she obtained an additional Master in Human Resources from the Antwerp Management School to further enhance her expertise. After a short career switch to the Maritime industry, she returned to Moore Belgium to take up again a role as HR Business Partner for the Consulting Departments and Shared Services and a leading role in all Talent Management processes.

She enjoys spending time with her two daughters, family, and friends in her free time. She also loves running and has a passion for flower arranging.

In 2025, Alice joined element61 as a People Experience Manager / HR Manager.
