Analytics Architect

Ysaline obtained her Master in Business Engineering with a specialisation in Data Science from KU Leuven in June 2018. During her studies, she developed a strong interest in data management and the analysis of large-scale datasets. Her academic background focused on improving decision-making and optimising workflows by extracting valuable insights from big data.

She began her professional career at Capgemini, where she built strong expertise in SAP Business Warehouse and SAP front-end tools. Over the years, Ysaline has worked on various projects across different industries. Her primary focus has been on SAP BW/4HANA migration projects, where she was involved in data extraction, data modelling, and data visualisation. She has also contributed to capturing business requirements, translating them into effective data processes, and implementing the data warehouse. These implementations often included customer training and knowledge transfer.

In May 2025, Ysaline joined element61 as an Analytics Architect focusing on Data Engineering. In this role, she aims to deepen her expertise in modern data architectures, particularly Azure and Databricks, while continuing to leverage her strong SAP background. She supports clients in designing and delivering end-to-end strategies for migrating and integrating SAP data into modern, cloud-native platforms. In doing so, she helps companies unlock the full potential of their SAP data, align IT initiatives with business objectives, and accelerate their digital transformation.

Outside of work, Ysaline is passionate about sports, particularly cycling and running. She also enjoys quality time with friends, where a drink is never missing!
