Dorien Vrydaghs

Dorien holds a Master in Strategic Business Management and has almost five years of experience in different finance functions.

Dorien began her career with TriFinance, quickly becoming a versatile and dedicated consultant. She worked on various finance projects for companies such as JBC, IKO, and Sibelco, a global materials solutions company.

At the end of 2020, Dorien transitioned to an internal role at Sibelco, where she became a key figure in a significant SAP implementation project. As a Finance Key User for Benelux, she was deeply involved in the implementation process, transition of master data, training of local users, and driving change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition across the organization. Her ability to manage both the technical and human aspects of the project was crucial to its success.

In 2022, Dorien advanced to the consolidation and reporting team at Sibelco, where she worked extensively with the CCH Tagetik program. In this role, she supported local users, streamlined consolidation processes and reports, and contributed to the monthly reporting and the creation of the company’s annual report. Her attention to detail and collaborative approach were key in ensuring accurate and efficient financial reporting. Dorien aims to leverage her experience to drive impactful solutions, tailored to each company’s unique needs.

During her free time, you will find Dorien with a book in her hands, enjoying a nice meal with friends and family, travelling, or playing a bit of recreational tennis or padel.
