Quinten obtained a Bachelor in Digital Business Management from Vives University of Applied Sciences in Kortrijk, where he developed a strong foundation in the intersection of business strategy and digital innovation. Upon graduation, he launched his professional career as a consultant within the Strategy & Performance team at Deloitte.
During his approximately three years at Deloitte, Quinten immersed himself in the world of business intelligence and enterprise resource planning implementations, cultivating deep technical expertise in Microsoft Power BI and Exact Online. His proficiency extends beyond mere technical knowledge—he has developed a comprehensive understanding of how these platforms can transform raw data into actionable business insights. Quinten's particular strength lies in guiding clients through the entire journey of data-driven transformation —from initial needs assessment and solution design to implementation, user adoption, and ongoing optimization. He finds genuine fulfillment in bridging the gap between complex technical capabilities and tangible business outcomes, ensuring that organizations not only implement the right tools but also build the capabilities to leverage them effectively.
Outside the professional sphere, Quinten maintains a strong commitment to his local community through his role as a board member of KMV De Leiezonen Desselgem, a traditional fanfare orchestra with deep roots in the region. As both a board member and dedicated musician, he has been playing the alto saxophone with the ensemble for several years, contributing to the preservation and celebration of Belgium's rich musical heritage.
Quinten joined element61 in November 2025.
