Principal Analytics Architect
Bram graduated in 2004 with a Master in Industrial Engineering, specializing in ICT. At the start of his career, he worked as a .NET developer and developed a passion for data automation while creating a data transformation mechanism.
After joining delaware, Bram focused on e-commerce and gained expertise in ElasticSearch, a scalable data store and distributed search and analytics engine. When he transitioned to the Data & Analytics team, his initial work involved developing a data deduplication mechanism. Leveraging his technical background, he also focused on automation. This effort culminated in creating the metadata-driven ETLBase framework, which was managed in DevOps and became the foundation for all BI projects within the Microsoft Data & Analytics team.
Over the years, Bram has contributed to many customer projects, from data migration initiatives to data warehouse implementations, primarily serving as a technical data architect. In addition to project work, he designed and developed a metadata-driven Excel Add-in solution to simplify master data management, taking on the role of end-to-end product owner.
Bram has strong expertise in modern data platforms and has been working with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and a wide range of Azure components.
In his spare time, Bram enjoys playing the saxophone in various ensembles and orchestras, climbing, and running.
Bram joined element61 in March 2025.
