element61 has been asked to gather the User requirements, at both individual Country level and corporate banking level, on how the use of data can be intensified at Rabobank. Based on those requirements, element61 has delivered a Business Intelligence & Performance Management roadmap and architecture with a phased approach implementation plan. The plan will allow the individual countries to consult and report on their financial and customer data. Next to the local requirements, some specific headquarter requirements have to be taken into account to deliver an aggregated and consolidated view on the data of the individual countries in order to benchmark the countries Business Analytics.
