SWIFT was using various SAP planning & reporting systems (BI-IP & SEM-BPS for non labour cost planning, MS Access for volume planning, SAP BPC standard for labour cost planning and 3 different BW systems for reporting that were implemented over time.
This was causing a huge amount of data duplication, complex data flows between the systems, complex calculations and a complex processes to monitor.
The Cornea project implementation objective was to create a unique SAP BPC embedded solution to remediate in combination with a single reporting front end.
