One of the recommendations of the Performance Management roadmap was to incrementally implement a corporate BI solution using Microsoft and IBM Cognos technology. The first iteration of this new data warehouse and reporting environment consisted in reporting for the Medical Claims Center. This application pulls together data from 5 different data sources and delivers a large number of sophisticated reports for the business users.
