Vanbreda International is both an insurance company and an insurance broker, mainly active in the market of health insurance and specializing in the insurance needs for large governmental organisations (UN, Worldbank, Unicef, NATO, …). They have recently been acquired by a large US insurer, Cigna, and this has had huge consequences on the Finance department at VBI, that needs to increasingly produce reports and management information for their new owner.
