Napoleon Games has chosen CCH Tagetik for their consolidated reporting for which the group reports consolidated Actuals & Budget data for the 2 subgroups of which it is composed, Napoleon Games and Wimi Games.
A data warehouse was built to act as a source for CCH Tagetik, calculating MTD, QTD and YTD figures on top of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation. Several systems, both database (NAV) and flat files, were used to server as a source to provide data.
Asides from the data push to CCH Tagetik, the data warehouse also takes track of measuring the outstanding amounts for customers and vendors (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable) visualized in PowerBI.
