CDP (Customer Data Platform) Vendor Selection

Roularta Media Group wants to invest in more 1-2-1 personalisation across their digital channels. To drive this change they asked element61 to help them in first a technological architecture and second into coordinating an RFP process to select the best-fit vendor.

In this project, element61 was supporting the internal team in structuring and prioritizing the RFP process for Customer Data Platform technology. It included 121 interviews and internal workshops to define the business needs, hands-on support in writing the RFP but also expertise sessions in challenging vendors on their technological set-up.
