Vlabel set up a Reporting & Analysis solution to monitor the performance of the Service Center that sends out and follows up the collections for all Flemish taxations.
The application will be mainly used for optimisation the workflows and organisation, next to answering parliamentary questions. The solution was based on Microsoft SQL Server.
