During this first Business Intelligence project for Eneco, element61 worked in close collaboration with Eneco ICT staff to deliver a BI solution for the Customer Care business process. element61 assumed the role of BI architect and main BI developer. The project was implemented end-to-end using Microsoft SQL Server BI technology.
