With the implementation of SAP BPC, Taminco targets to realize the consolidated group reporting, from a statutory and management perspective. In follow up of the acquisition as per February 2012 of the Taminco group, by Apollo Global Management, Taminco had to realize the migration from IFRS accounting standards towards USGAAP standards. Within the implementation strategy of SAP BPC, Taminco set out the aim to further automate the USGAAP consolidation reporting.
