For VPK, the objective of the project was to have a full replacement of the Group management reporting cockpit process for actual data (Phase 1) in SAP BPC and the integration of the Planning process (Phase 2). In the first phase, budget data would be retrieved from the BI-IP cube and the Planning process as such would be maintained.
