BIA Group targets the implementation of SAP BPC NW v10 (hereafter SAP BPC) as a common consolidation reporting tool facilitating the consolidation for its subsidiaries. With the implementation of SAP BPC, BIA targets to replace the current consolidation realized within Microsoft excel. Through the implementation of SAP BPC, BIA targets to report on a more automated way, reduce the risks of errors in the financial figures, gain efficiency by reducing manual work, have backlog details available and ease the audit process. Additionally, in the process of the implementation, BIA targets to implement an IFRS group COA structure and align the IFRS reporting.
