With the implementation of SAP BPC, IVC targets to replace the existing statutory & management consolidation. IVC has chosen to implement the MS version of SAP BPC with the realization of an automated data load from SAP ECC into SAP BPC. From a managerial perspective several consolidation views have been defined, allowing IVC to analyze performance in line with the operational activities.
