The first set of BI projects that were executed were aimed at improving the reporting and analysis capabilities for the Finance and Controlling departments. This involved setting up the basic BI infrastructure and integrating three different operational applications / data sources into the new corporate data warehouse.
Next to that, a fully functional BI end-user solution was installed, giving Euroports Finance the self-service BI capabilities that they require. The technology used for this project was MS SQL Server 2012.
