Euroports asked element61 to execute a thorough analysis of their existing Business Analytics environment, including BI, Planning & Forecasting and come up with a recommendation and a realistic approach to improve the existing situation both functionally and technically.
Using its proven methodology, element61 executed a Business Analytics Roadmap exercise including a phased project approach to achieve the objectives. This approach was accepted by Euroports management and was executed.
