ACLVB wanted to kickstart their BI and reporting initiatives. In order to do so, they went looking for a partner that could guide, coach and train them as part of the project. The goal of the project was to create an enterprise Data Warehouse and use Power BI as the reporting layer on top of it. The first iteration of the project would focus on the member base of ACLVB.
Within the coaching and co-development framework we guided the customer through all the steps of building a corporate BI solution. Starting with a course on data modelling, followed by SSIS, SSAS, SSRS and Power BI Training. In the months that followed together we build a DWH, the ETL to feed it and SSAS Tabular models to correctly interpret the data. Interactive Power BI reports were created as the final layer. ACLVB now has a better understanding and a more correct view of their member base.
