Na een Business Intelligence & Performance Management roadmap, besloot Essers in een eerste fase een data warehouse uit te bouwen bovenop de financiële data van IBS ASWFIN (op AS/400 - iSeries).

In nauwe samenwerking met Eneco ICT nam element61 de rol van BI architect en BI technologie expert voor zijn rekening. Het project werd volledig in MS SQL Server technologie uitgevoerd.

Euroports asked element61 to execute a thorough analysis of their existing Business Analytics environment, including BI, Planning & Forecasting and come up with a recommendation and a realistic approach to improve the existing situation both functionally and technically.
