This book is a good start for anyone who cares to understand what Business Intelligence is all about and the tremendous benefits it can bring to your organization. David Loshin clearly identifies and defines all key elements of Business Intelligence such as best practices, tools, methods, and processes. Although the author does not come up with any new concepts or definitions it is a great read for both business and technical people who are looking for clear explanations without technical jargon.
