Magotteaux wanted to replace the MS Excel-based reporting with a platform able to respond to the growing need for an efficient management reporting solution for the Group. The in-house MMR (management reporting) model was analyzed during workshops and reworked to become a BPC compliant model. Additionally, some KPI calculations were added to the model to allow the company to benchmark over the various production plants.
