The objective of this project is to replace the current excel planning files with a structured planning process in BPC11. The planning process in BPC should cover, Sales planning by brand, Cost Center planning, Personnel expense planning on employee level, capex planning, cash, intercompany with an intercompany matching process put in place. The master data and transactional data that will serve as the basis for this planning exercise will be loaded from BW4Hana.
