Whereas the budgeting process of the operational departments of the University of Leuven was implemented during Phase I, Phase II focused on the setup of the budgeting process for the central services departments. The same workshop based approach as within Phase I was followed to gather the user requirements. Based on the outcome of these workshops, a SAP BPC design was implemented by the element61 SAP BPC consultancy team in close collaboration with the client project team that already had solid SAP BPC skills inhouse resulting from the prior SAP BPC personnel planning element61 delivered at the University of Leuven in the past. Therefor a coaching implementation model was used, limiting the element61 coaching to 1 day per week.
