To accelerate the digital leap, Vinçotte wanted to accelerate the reporting & cockpits available through the organization & towards external customers. In this acceleration, element61 helped in the creation, optimization & performance improvement of a variety of Power BI reports.

In the last years, Vinçotte took a digital leap through the VForce project aimed to digitalize operations & offer a better service. To support VForce with data, element61 help build a modern data platform for asset management, which aims to provide a 360-degree view of the assets that Vinçotte inspects and certifies. The project focused on delivering analytic data products that support the internal and external needs of Vinçotte, such as actual APIs for customers but also reporting on asset lifecycle and government reporting.

In the last years, Vinçotte moved to a Dynamics 365 F&O platform for all Finance operations & beyond. This project leveraged the acceleration kits of element61 to enable best-practice reporting, using a Lakehouse Modern Data Platform, on Dynamics F&O as new ERP. ETL development was end-to-end done in Azure & Databricks with reporting in Power BI.

Our extensive Qlik Sense app helps the finance department view cumulative outstanding data. It includes cost calculations and automates interest and fee reviews. Additionally, we added functionalities to automate the review of interests and fees. Users can alter parameters, add comments and flags to each value using the Vizlib Writeback functionality.

Our team engineered an automated reserve allocation system, synthesizing complex business rules and multiple data sources to generate vouchers for accounting processes. The project resulted in the development of a comprehensive report that not only visualized the outcomes but also facilitated ongoing enhancements and swift issue resolution, thanks to a structured technical solution. This process was created using Qlik Sense and NPrinting.

Our team excels in coaching and co-development and our ability to swiftly address critical incidents and enhancements. We enhance user applications with rapid report creation, data integrations, and dashboard optimization. By combining front-end and back-end development guidance with a commitment to visualization best practices, we ensure organizations can derive actionable insights and maintain seamless production environments. Qlik Sense was used in this project.

Global Dealer Statements Distribution is a strategic project orchestrated by IVECO (CNH) to seamlessly deliver updated financial statements to its extensive network of worldwide dealers. Leveraging the power of Qlik NPrinting and its robust APIs, this initiative automates the distribution process, ensuring that each dealer’s designated contact person receives tailored financial data in their preferred language. With a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and scalability, we empower CNH’s global network with timely insights for informed decision-making.

As part of the OT data & analytics vision for Vesuvius, this project was all about exploring different architecture options to enable real-time production data reporting on top of AVEVA data. In this project, we collaborated with AVEVA experts to find & build a best solution to push data from AVEVA in real-time to a Azure Modern Data Platform for real-time reporting use.

This project was all about leveraging a modern data platform to enable ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) reporting. The project aimed to integrate ESG-related data from SAP and other data sources, such as energy consumption & waste management into a centralized and scalable data platform on Azure.

This project at Katoen Natie consisted of upgrading & renovating the Modern Data Platform on Azure to best-practice in 2024.
