The implementation of SAP BPC 10.1 on HANA consist of the replacement of the previous consolidation tool SAP SEM BCS. The objectives of the project were to cover current and future consolidation scope and complexity, streamline reporting processes for both local as corporate users, gain in visibility and responsibility on data for local users, create a workflow to guide local users to all processes and give access to reporting financial figures externally and internally.
