BI Program User requirements & information matrix in Social Housing

Woonhaven Antwerpen had conducted a comprehensive organisation study which has resulted in a number of KPIs that will need to be measured.

In order to cope with this requirement, they asked element61 to help them build out a Business Intelligence vision, program and architecture.

The first assignment consisted in drawing up a detailed information matrix for the entire organisation and helping them with Business Intelligence software selection.
