i3-Technologies considers data as a strategic asset, that allows not only to monitor the performance of the past, but similarly to look ahead. In the past, reporting was a mixture of Excel, Qlik and manual data preparation. Moreover, i3-Technologies lacked both an overarching view as well as a more detailed view of the business. In order to tackle the challenges, a centralized reporting model has been built over different sources of operations, sales & finance (including consolidation). The solution is realized on Microsoft Azure data platform with Power BI as a front-end tool.
