element61 supported Leroy & Partners in modernizing their analytics and reporting landscape. With over 130 employees and 350,000 dossiers processed annually, the organization faced challenges in scaling its SQL Server and SSIS-based BI environment. Following a 2-day technical audit, element61 assessed the performance, architecture, and governance of both SSIS and Power BI implementations. A roadmap was proposed covering the development of a Modern Data Platform (MDP), Power BI Embedded for customer-facing extranet, and the onboarding of new data sources such as Odoo CRM and contact center systems. element61 supported in the end-to-end hands-on implementation of both the modernization & the onboarding of new use-cases in the Microsoft Fabric platform, with a focus on performance optimization and future-proofing the analytics stack.
