SEA-invest wanted to be able to get the “full financial picture” of all their entities. This needed a change to the existing data warehouse and reporting solutions with regards to Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS) and Cashflow data. New data files had to be added to the existing environment (additional countries, South Africa, Senegal, Poland, … ) had to be added and new logic had to be created in order to allow cost allocation from “Global” locations to “Sub-locations”.
