As Combell has been growing intensively and did many acquisitions and mergers, they were in a high need for consolidated reporting. A data warehouse was developed to do customer (churn) and contract (retention and cohort) analysis on top of approximately 20 sources (Dynamics NAV, in house developed ERP system, webservices, legacy databases). Also a master data management system was developed to create a unified product hierarchy and customer mappings between all sources. It's a full stack Microsoft implementation using SSIS, SQL server and the data is being visualized in Power BI dashboards on a tabular model.
