Nitto Europe implemented CCH Tagetik covering a broad scope. As such CCH Tagetik was implemented for the consolidation and management reporting process next to the budgeting collection and reporting process. Nitto Europe is one of the first customers in Belgium to implement the CCH Tagetik Production Cost & Control solution to cover the full PBF cycle starting from Sales of finished goods over COS and detailed operations planning including full BOM explosion, inventory and logistics planning. element61 has designed the CCH Tagetik solution and implemented the application together with the internal project team. Some parts of the solution were built in co-development modus other parts have been implemented within a coaching approach, where element61 assists the customer where needed throughout the project realisation.
