Project managers at Cordeel struggle to locate the most relevant manuals. These are often stored on SharePoint, but its search capabilities are limited. We are deploying a custom chatbot to help project managers find the most relevant documents. This AI tool supports both high-level questions such as “Where can I find…?” as well as very specific technical questions that require diving deep into a particular document.
There is a strong focus on user stories and how the application should look and function for them, as well as iterating on metadata to improve the tool. In the long term, this chatbot will be integrated into their data platform and connected to the broader data vision.
