He became particularly interested in how data analytics, machine learning, and data visualisation can support better decision-making. A student job in data analytics allowed him to deepen his practical skills in SQL and explore the impact of data-driven solutions in a professional context.

6 months experience - Arthur obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science Engineering with a major in Data Science, after completing an earlier Master in Industrial Sciences with a specialisation in Electronics and ICT, both achieved at Ghent University. His growing passion for data science, machine learning, and intelligent systems throughout his academic journey inspired him to pursue a second master's degree.

6 months experience - Valentin obtained a Master of Science in Business Engineering with a specialisation in Data Analytics from Ghent University.  He is deeply motivated by the potential of data to optimise and strengthen business operations, using insights to solve complex problems and drive strategic decisions. Throughout his studies, Valentin has built a strong technical foundation in data analysis, programming, and machine/deep learning, working extensively with tools such as Python, PySpark, R and SQL.

6 months experience - Jens obtained a Master of Science in Business Engineering with a specialisation in Data Analytics at Ghent University. His master’s thesis focused on the ontology-driven development of a crowdfunding platform, where he worked on both the front-end and back-end, creating a smooth and engaging user interface. Throughout his academic journey, Jens developed a strong passion for data and gained solid proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, and Java.

6 months experience - Marcin obtained a Master in Experimental Psychology and subsequently specialised further with a Master in Statistical Data Analysis (Computational Statistics) at Ghent University. His interest in data and modelling arose during his first thesis, in which he investigated a computational model that attempts to explain human choice behavior between exploration and exploitation.
