13 years experience - Today, Bart is a Partner and leading the Microsoft team. His focus area is to guide organizations in translating their business needs & challenges into working tech-enabled solutions. In a world driven by technology (and buzzwords), his both business- and tech- background allow him to act as a translator for clients helping them understand and focus.

22 years experience - Jonathan has a Civil Engineer degree (KULeuven) and a postgraduate degree in Business Economics (KULeuven). Combining his biomedical, analytical, and economic background, he started at UZ Leuven as a Business Analyst. He joined RealDolmen as a consultant to extend his technical knowledge and his knowledge regarding Corporate Performance Management processes & Reporting.

16 years experience - Kevin holds a Master in Applied Economic Sciences from Ghent University, with a dissertation on the Balanced Scorecard. He has extensive experience as a Business Controller at Randstad, where he performed variance analysis, created management information, and developed several applications using OLAP-based solutions, MS Access, and Oracle Hyperion Essbase. His interest in Business Analytics led him to AR Metallizing, where he implemented cost center and profit center structures and developed a sales reporting solution using Microsoft SQL Server.

28 years experience - Bjorn has been active in Corporate Performance Management since 2000 and is one of the most experienced CPM experts in the local marketplace. He graduated with a Master in Economics at the University of Brussels in 1998. He joined the Belgian National Railways (NMBS/SNCB) as a Financial Analyst where he was responsible for implementing a management reporting solution for the commercial real estate division.

13 years experience - Since 2013, Tijs Bauwens is focusing on the process of Financial Reporting and Consolidation.  Tijs graduated as Master of Science in Applied Economics at the European University College Brussels (HUB – EHSAL) in 2011. With his master’s degree in taxation, he joined BDO Belgium as an assistant tax advisor. In August 2012, Tijs decided to start an interim project as an assistant finance analyst at the financial department of Gates Europe’s headquarters in Aalst.

24 years experience - Sven graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor in Computer Sciences at the Industriële Hogeschool Brussel. He now has over 15 years of experience in IBM Cognos and holds certifications in IBM Cognos 8 and 10. 

11 years experience - Steven Van Damme holds a Master in Commercial Sciences from the European University College Brussels (HUB). During his studies, he has also been on Erasmus exchange for one year in Finland. After his studies in Brussels, he successfully completed a Master in Finance from EADA (Spain).

18 years experience - Peter Jensen has been active in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing since 2008, with about 10 years of prior exposure to using SQL Server as a database platform. Peter graduated in Applied Information Technology at the Sint-Lodewijk Instituut, now known as Karel De Grote Hogeschool. 

13 years experience - Drishti has been working in SAP BI and EPM solutions, such as SAP BPC and CCH Tagetik, since 2013. Drishti has a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Mody Institute of Technology & Science (India). She started her career with Accenture in 2013. Within Accenture, she has been part of Centre of Excellence for SAP Enterprise Performance Management. The Centre has a core group of 50 Subject Matter Experts focusing on solution sales, client demos & global deliveries in a factory model.
