The IBM Cognos TM1 Performance Modeler is the updated version of what was previously called IBM TM1 Contributor Administration. One big difference in IBM Cognos TM1 version 10.1 is that there is now a ‘Model Design' and an ‘Application Design' tab.
The ‘Model Design' tab is new in this version of TM1. TM1 Performance Modeler is a development component. It has a java-based client interface that is launched from the Cognos TM1 applications portal. This tool allows developers to build planning and analysis models in the Cognos TM1 environment.
