Collishop realized they had a lot of valuable data, yet little data was used in the decision making process. Therefore, Collishop was looking for a partner to support them in becoming data-driven in Digital Marketing. element61 started of with a data-driven marketing roadmap identifying the pain points and opportunities within the organization and detailing out 10 data initiatives. After this initial exercise element61 assisted in delivering 6 data initiatives in a timeframe of 6 months.
