Data-driven Marketing activation

BNP Paribas Fortis asked element61 to assist them in becoming more data-driven in marketing with a specific focus on the activation and adoption of DMP usage.
This included first an assessment of strengths and weaknesses in their current set-up & DMP use, second the development of a custom group training to educate the marketing & advertising teams on data-driven marketing and finally the hands-on guidance of a new targeting framework to drive targeted marketing & advertising.
