AdTech MarTech audit

Proximus has a broad Technology and data stack supporting Marketing & Advertising. Proximus asked element61 to evaluate their current strengths and weaknesses, map market trends, identify opportunities and lay-out improvement trajectories. This project involved a series of 1-to-1 interviews, various workshops with management and hands-on teams and finally an iterative document review.

This project supported Proximus in building its 10-year target architecture exercise and define & launch a set of improvement projects on AdTech and MarTech technology including an AI Workbench and a Customer Data Platform
