MeVaPac (Merit and Variable Payment calculation)

bpost used the Outcome software from Hudson for their yearly exercise in calculating the variable payment and the merit increase for its employees. This was a time consuming process as for every change e.g. after the decision lists have been disapproved, all files need again to be send to Hudson for retreatment to DBF Files. This represents a substantial yearly cost. As the group already purchased the licenses of SAP BPC for their consolidation and intercompany project, some economies of scale could be achieved by merging this process to SAP BPC.
With the implementation of SAP BPC, the HR Team can perform the load of the Master Data, perform simulations and do recalculations instantly.
