The goal of the project was to provide an easy to use interface that could enable reporting of actuals (past) and management of budgets (future) of the different "projects". Dimensions of analysis consist of company, business unit, cost center, project and project lead. Important capabilities are scenario and version management, write-back to data warehouse (to enable BI reporting).
The solution was build in IBM TM1 Planning Analytics with an easy to use excel front-end interface.
