element61 is looking for a Senior BI Consultant to join one of the Business Intelligence Technology competence centers working with IBM, Microsoft, SAP or Qlik
Your responsibilities
- Definition of strategies and roadmaps to implement Business Intelligence solutions
- User requirements gathering, design, modeling & implementation of leading Business Intelligence solutions
- Designing and implementing technical and operational architectures
- Data modeling and data architecture design/implementation
- ETL, data integration, data quality, and data conversion design/implementation
Your profile
- Preferably, you have a University Degree or equivalent by experience
- Ideally, you have 5 years of relevant experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions in Business Intelligence
- You have experience with one or more Business Intelligence solutions such as IBM (Cognos, Applix/TM1, DataStage), Informatica (Powercenter), Information Builders, Microsoft, MicroStrategy, Open-Source (Jedox, Pentaho, BIRT, etc.), Oracle (Siebel Analytics, Hyperion, Oracle BI), SAP (SAP BW, Business Objects), SAS ...
- You are assertive and communicative, enabling you to work and network at multiple levels within large organizations. You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
- As an entrepreneurial personality, you are results-oriented and customer-focused, and you thrive in a dynamic environment with lots of personal responsibilities and limited formalities. You are a team player, flexible, creative, and eager to learn.
